K.Webb "There, There" Night shot
We are so enthralled with Kim's exhibition. We love being in the gallery during the day and at night. (day shot shown here) The work has such a changeable personality.
The gallery just as the sun is setting.
Lovely! Lets start at the beginning!
Pretty girl with a pretty smile.
installing the shiny.
Putting up the vinyl.
Wow, that's a lot of work!
She worked long into the night!
Picasso and Dali watching over the install
Is she moving in?
And Now! "there, there" new works by Kimberly Webb.
This month gallery director S.Rond has a desk set up right by the door. So she can greet you as soon as you come in. Note, she's workng on images from the show on her laptop.
WAIT! Is that a tax form?? Our gallery director likes to get things done before deadline. ..April 15 always comes way to soon.
What a lovely seating area! We love the living plants in our space this month.
K.Webb, please come back and care for these whenever you would like. We love your company.
Such a thoughtful artist! She left all our tools on a pegboard for us for easy access. A reflection (haha..literally with the insulation) of the beauty and practicality of the whole exhibit.
We imagine several of you are thinking "I want to live there" by now :)
sigh....the wood work and insulation is just gorgeous.
Love the framed piece too!
This piece was made from a material that some David Smith sculptures were wrapped in. Pencil by K.Webb. Untitled, framed, -NFS
NOW!!! Lets get to those stairs. No longer do we have to have visitors sign waivers to beam them up to the second story. We have a staircase!!!
Not just any staircase but a hand cut, carved and stained staircase. The best staircase EVER.
Thank You K.Webb for your kind donation to the gallery. We will think of you everytime we use them.
aww....whose that at the top?
Its our favorite little buddy Nico! These stairs make it much easier for her to make her Gallery Watch Cat rounds.
Watch out Nico! Objects gift of C.Sheridan
Hey Wait.....Does this pillar continue from downstairs?
tea stained pillows on pillar
"Thank" , crushed eggshells on canvas, 2012, $15
"You", crushed eggshells on canvas, 2012, $15 - SOLD
eggshells up close!
This is one of the gallery directors favorite chill spots (night)
Oh Dear, the director will probably never remember where she left her purse and the gallery key.
Oh Look! Pretty! (already forgetting about purse and key)
The view from above. We love how the negative space looks like leaves and the positive trees. Brilliant work K.Webb!
